There is a mailing list available for active discussion of school council issues. With a mailing list, you do not have to ask individuals to add you to their own distribution lists, instead people send mail to the list and it is copied to whoever is currently joined to the list.

• To join: send an email message to "ladyevelyn-subscribe@ladyevelyn.ca [1]".
• To leave the list: send an email message to "ladyevelyn-unsubscribe@ladyevelyn.ca [2]".
• To send a message to the list: simply send it to "ladyevelyn@ladyevelyn.ca [3]".

The list has safeguards against spam by requiring subscription before emails can be sent.
